• Opera Works is a professional production company for youth opera.
  
  
• Our mission is to support a vibrant culture of music and opera in the south of Ireland by producing works which are relevant and feasible within our geographical and cultural context, by developing the resources necessary for their production, and by stimulating an involved audience by working directly with children, their families and communities.
  
  
• Opera Works advocates and explores hitherto unperformed, indigenous works, and champions works by living composers.
  
  
• Opera Works pursues artistic excellence.
